Originally, I had the good fortune and pleasure of meeting Cathy through the Executive Club of Chicago where she graciously serves as a Mentor in the Mentorship Program. She was an outstanding facilitator who helped bring out the best in each of our participants through thorough preparation, and engaging insight from her depth of knowledge and experience.

Cathy was such a great mentor, that I decided the wisest thing I could do would be to formally engage her for a variety of key initiatives and challenging projects on which my firm and team were working. She has been an outstanding outside resource, and has assisted us in thinking through these challenges in a pragmatic and ordered fashion, by drawing on her years of experience. Ultimately, she's assisted us in achieving results and driving to solutions that have put us in a far better place.

I would highly recommend Cathy to anyone who is in search of a talented and caring resource to help take you and your organization to the next level.
